Staff for the TV anime adaptation of Pom‘s web manga Senpai wa Otokonoko (This is Him) have confirmed that the anime will premiere on July 4th, 2024, and they have released a new key visual for the show.
The anime will premiere on July 4th in the Noitamina programming block on Fuji TV and will also be streamed by Crunchyroll. Yanagi Shinsuke (Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki, The Ryuo’s Work is Never Done!) directs the anime at Project No.9 studio, and it will star Umeda Shuichirou as Makato Hanoaka, Sekine Akira as Saki Aoi, and Uchida Yuma as Ryuji Taig.

Pom started the web manga in 2019 on the LINE Manga app, and Ichijinsha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in November 2021 and the seventh volume in November 2023.
